These terms cover Wax, the Mac app sold by Vinena Studio (vinena.studio), the trading name of Vinena Yazılım ve Tasarım Ltd. Şti. Using Wax means you agree to them.
Your license
A purchase gives you a personal license to use Wax on any number of Macs, with 1 year of updates. Wax covers up to 2 iPhones and Wax Family up to 5. After that year you keep using the last version you received.
What Wax does to your iPhone
Wax supervises your iPhone and installs profiles that cannot be removed from the phone while it is supervised, unless you choose trial mode for one. You can take supervision off at any time with Wax on your Mac, and then remove the profiles in Settings. Back up your iPhone before you start, and use Wax only on a phone that is yours.
Payments and refunds
Polar sells Wax for us as the seller of record and handles payments, taxes and refunds.
No warranty
Wax is provided as is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, for a phone you choose to erase, or for other indirect damage.
Changes
We may update these terms. If they change, the date at the top changes with them.
